Stamping

Progressive and transfer stamping press up to 800 tons / 3.2 meters table sizes, giving us an advantage to produce mid and big size components to serve our customers in our existing Turkey locations.

We continue to invest new press technologies together with 1200 tons transfer press addition to our new plant in Romania which will have 6 meters table size. We are capable of processing 1250 mm strip-coils width and 0.5 mm to 6 mm thickness in various sizes even with the height strength values with a grade up to DP1000.

Welding

We produce complex modules with a robot-supported joining system basis on our customer requirements. We are capable of using methods such as projection, resistance, arc welding techniques.

With process and product control systems directly implemented on machines and fixtures with methods likes poka-yoke, we ensure quality of the produced quantity.

In die Solutions

For years we have been using in die solutions on our tool desing/manufacturing as a part of new technology adaptation vision. This technology helps us produce products with threading / assembly done inside the tools without necessity of secondary operations.

This technology we use gives advantages to avoid additional components in designing while also helping to serve the best quality / competitive pricing.

Tool Shop

We believe that one of our greatest strengths is our toolmaking. Most of the tools, fixture and assembly stations for our production, are produced in our own tool shop by the experienced tool specialists who have deep knowledge on customer and production expectations. To ensure best production of tooling’s we use :

  • Design Software, simulations,
  • Laser scanning, reverse engineering,
  • Prototyping
  • Deep knowhow on Indie solutions and progressive/transfer toolings
